The documents you’ll need are based on the offer you selected, your lender and your state.
For each document you send, they must be accurate, clear, and easy to read. This lets us process your auto refinance much faster, so you can start saving on your auto loan.
To make things easier for you, you can upload your documents directly from your smartphone. Here’s how you should do that.
Do you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch? You should be able to use your phone’s built-in document scanner, which makes scanning and signing documents super easy! To find the scanner:
Open the Notes app
Create a new note
Tap the Camera button
Tap Scan Documents

The flash on your camera can make your documents harder to read. We recommend taking pictures in a well-lit room instead. Avoid shadows for the best quality image.
