The Caribou 6000 (and 6500 for the taller crowd), is the largest of Caribou's expedition packs. This internal frame pack comes complete with prebent aluminum stays, an adjustable hip belt with lumbar pad and contoured adjustable shoulder harness. Sternum strap and load balancing compression straps also contribute to making the load more comfortable. An adjustable inside shelf helps to compartmentalize your packing while three outside pockets and two more in the floating lid provide additional space for smaller items. 2" by 5" and 2" by 2" lash downs allow for the addition of side pockets and other items to the sides or bottom of the pack. And to ensure the quality of the pack we use only the best materials available, including YKK #10 and #7 zippers and extra durable 1000 denier CorduraPlus.
